Steve's "No Fuss" Burger!





This is my husband Steve, he loves a decent burger & at home he likes to make his own! This is his "no fuss" version, nothing fancy just pure burger!

Serves 4 Approx cost per person 55p, plus any toppings of your choice.


Prep/Cooking time 20 minutesĀ 



Ingredients

500g minced beef

Ā¼ red onion, finely chopped

Salt & Pepper

4 burger buns


Your choice of toppings eg. Cheese, bacon, tomato, lettuce

Place the mince & onion in a bowl & mix together with your hands.

Divide the mixture into 4 & make each portion into a burger shape.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry the burgers for 3 minutes & then turn over-repeat this a few more times until cooked through (about 12 minutes). Drain off any fat as you cook the burgers.

Serve the burgers in the buns with whatever toppings you like! (& don't forget the sauce!)
