I love sliders, you get all the flavour of a good regular sized burger in a few mouthfuls! They are great for a party (just multiply ingredients as you need to) or just a family Saturday night in. Use your favourite chilli powder whether it be mild or hot & adjust the amount accordingly.
The Sour Cream sauce is a nice contrast to the spicy sliders!
If you can't find small snack rolls buy a pack of bridge/hot dog rolls & cut them in half.

Ingredients
For the sauce:
To serve:
Place the mince into a large bowl & add the breadcrumbs, chilli powder, garlic powder (or crushed garlic), coriander, mustard powder & salt & pepper.
Mix well with your hands, you may want to wear some plastic gloves for this to avoid getting chilli on your hands!
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions then shape each one into a small burger. You can use a ramekin to help mould it into shape if you like.
Place the sliders on to a plate or tray, cover with cling film & pop them in the fridge for about an hour to firm up.
Meanwhile, make the sauce.
Place the cream cheese into a bowl & beat with a fork until soft. Add the sour cream & mix until smooth. Season with a pinch of salt & a good grind of black pepper then add the chopped spring onions. Mix until combined. Either transfer to a container with a lid or cover the bowl with cling film & place in the fridge until ready to serve.
Remove the sliders from the fridge & pre-heat the oven to 180 Fan/Gas 6/200C.
Place the sliders on to a greased baking tray & cook in the oven for 12 minutes turning halfway through cooking.
To serve, split the rolls & place a slider in each one. Put the sauce on the table so everyone can help themselves.
You could serve these with your "Straight from the freezer oven chips"!! (see Time Savers)
