fruit wedges

This should work well with all citrus fruit but I had some limes that were looking a bit sorry for themselves & rather than throw them away I decided to freeze them!

Simply cut the fruit into wedges & place onto a tray & pop in the freezer.

Once solid transfer to a freezer bag, label & put them back into the freezer.

Put a couple of the frozen wedges into the tipple of your choice!
